Recall Refund Request

We want to make sure you get every penny back from our voluntary recall with the CPSC.

In order to make sure all affected cups are no longer in use, we would like to ask that you destroy the cups by using a Sharpie and draw an X on the outside and inside of each cup.

Due to the volume of refunds we anticipate and operating cash flow as a small family business, please give us time to process your refund.
