How many sticker books will I get per shipment?
Are the sticker books reusable or one-time use?
We apply a special coating over our stickers that prevent them from ripping easily, but our stickers are not the static cling style so we wouldn’t classify them as being “reusable” in the traditional sense.
What age range are the sticker books suitable for?
We generally recommend our sticker books for children between the ages of 3 and 9, but we know plenty of kids who are 2 and even more who are 10 and above.
How does the subscription work?
All you need to do is choose between quarterly billing or annual billing. The annual plan is where you can save up to 50% off MSRP while the quarterly plan still offers a mouth-watering 33% off. Billing will be quarterly or annual. Each quarter, you’ll have the option of moving the shipping date, changing selections or gifting your subscription.
Can I pause, cancel, or change my subscription at any time?
You can pause your subscription for up to 30 days per year. You can cancel your subscription any time and will be refunded at the pro-rated retail rate based on how many books you’ve already received. You can also upgrade or downgrade your subscription whenever you need to.
What happens if I already own one of the books?
We'll make recommendations based on new releases or based on the time of year, but the books you receive is 100% your choice.
Before each shipment, you will have the opportunity to customize which books you’ll be receiving. We do our best to recommend the most appropriate books based on the season, but you have the final say so you can either replace the books you already have or stock up.
How do the savings work?
With the quarterly plan, you get 4 books for the price of 3 with free shipping and an effective savings of up to 33% off. With the annual plan, you get 20 books for the price of 12 with free shipping and an effective savings of up to 50% off.
Are there any hidden fees (e.g., shipping)?
All shipping is included so you will not pay any additional shipping fees. If you’re on the small book plan and want to select the bigger size books, you’ll pay the difference of $2.95 if you’re on the annual plan or $3.25 if you’re on the quarterly plan. However, if you’re on the big book plan and want to select the smaller size books, you’ll receive a partial refund for the difference of $2.95 if you’re on the annual plan or $3.25 if you’re on the quarterly plan.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
You can either purchase it for someone as a gift or you’ll have the option of gifting specific shipments to others.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Once we start shipping books, refunds will be offered on a pro-rated basis. So let’s say you sign up for the annual plan and want to cancel after the first shipment. We will automatically calculate the full retail value of the books that shipped and refund you the difference that you paid.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If there are any issues, contact us and we’ll help as best as we can.
When will I receive my first shipment?
As soon as you sign up and make your selections, we’ll process your first shipment and get it sent within 24 hours so you should receive your first shipment within 5-7 days.
How are the sticker books delivered?
We ship via USPS (the cute white post office trucks with the blue eagle on the side). Packages will arrive in a reinforced box.
Do you ship internationally?
For the time being, we can only make the economics work for domestic customers. Eventually, we will roll out our subscriptions internationally if we get enough interest / demand.
How often will I receive the books?
All of our subscriptions are set to ship quarterly by default. However on the annual plan, you’ll have the option of having your books shipped all at once and receive the shipping savings as a discount.
What happens if my shipment is damaged or lost?
We’ll just ask you for a few bits of info so we can file a claim, but we’ll get a new shipment sent out ASAP!
